About me and my practice
I am a trauma-informed therapist with an international background, currently based in Italy. I offer a calm, creative space where you do not have to explain everything perfectly. Whether you have lived across cultures or feel like you are in transition, this can be a space where your full story is welcomed.
Over time, clients often say they feel more hopeful, more confident in themselves, and more empowered to navigate life in their own way. They begin to learn who they really are and start to imagine where they might go next. The change may be gentle, but it is deeply real. If something in you resonates with this, I would love to hear from you. You are welcome just as you are.
